Refund Policy 
No-Show Policy for Live Events

If a registrant is unable to attend a live event and does not cancel or reschedule, under the Cancellation or Reschedule Policy, the registrant (now deemed a “No-Show”) remains responsible for the full registration fee.
A "No-Show" will not lose the tuition paid he/she provides a substitute at the same event and the substitute does the following:
1.) Checks in with the registration table prior to the event. 
2.) Indicates for whom he/she is substituting.
3.) "No-Shows" may not apply any charges from the event no-show for a future event and the charges paid are non-refundable.
4.) There will be no refund for any course that has been started or completed

A student may cancel enrollment only by providing written notice to My Mortgage Trainer, Inc.

If we receive your written notice:
-Within two business days of the date of purchase, all monies paid shall be refunded; unless the course has commenced. 
-After two business days of the date of purchase and prior to the commencement of classes, there shall be no refund 

Refund Policy for All Courses that Have Been Started and/or Completed

Individuals will not be issued a refund if a course has been started or completed.
